Cette classification d\u00e9pend du niveau de \u00abtransportabilit\u00e9\u00bb de la marchandise, qui est d\u00e9termin\u00e9 par des caract\u00e9ristiques de la marchandise telles que sa densit\u00e9, sa manutention, son aptitude \u00e0 l\u2019arrimage et sa responsabilit\u00e9.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">COMBIEN DE CLASSES DE FRET Y A-T-IL?<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Il existe 18 classes diff\u00e9rentes, allant du nombre 50 (le plus bas) \u00e0 la classe 500 (le plus \u00e9lev\u00e9). Plus la classe de marchandise est basse, plus le co\u00fbt du transport est bas. \u00c0 son tour, plus la classe est haute, plus le co\u00fbt du transport est \u00e9lev\u00e9.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Le syst\u00e8me NMFC permet aux consommateurs de disposer d&rsquo;une m\u00e9thode normalis\u00e9e pour fournir une structure de prix uniforme pour le transport de marchandises.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"\" src=\"https:\/\/mexicomlogistics.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/12\/le-classement-de-fret-en-chargement-partielle-2.jpg\" width=\"750\" height=\"450\" \/><\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">COMMENT LA CLASSE FRET EST-ELLE D\u00c9TERMIN\u00c9E?<\/span><\/h2>\n<h3><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">DENSIT\u00c9<\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Lorsque les caract\u00e9ristiques de manutention, l&rsquo;aptitude \u00e0 l&rsquo;arrimage et la responsabilit\u00e9 ne sont pas significatives ou inhabituelles, la valeur la plus importante \u00e0 prendre en compte pour le classement de la marchandise est la densit\u00e9. La National Motor Freight Traffic\u00a0 Association a des directives de densit\u00e9 qui permettent d\u2019assigner la classe lorsque la densit\u00e9 moyenne de la marchandise est repr\u00e9sentative ou refl\u00e8te la gamme de densit\u00e9s affich\u00e9es.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Les directives sur la densit\u00e9 pour la classification des produits selon la National Motor Freight Traffic Association sont les suivantes:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/mexicomlogistics.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/12\/la-classe-de-fret_-densite-moyenne-minimale.png\" \/><\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/h3>\n<h3><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">EXEMPLE DE L\u2019ATTRIBUTION DE LA CLASSE BAS\u00c9E SUR LA DENSIT\u00c9:<\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Prenons l&rsquo;exemple d&rsquo;une palette de 48x48x48 avec 1250 lb d&rsquo;\u00e9pingles en plastique.<\/span><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>\n<h4><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">D&rsquo;abord, la densit\u00e9 est calcul\u00e9e.<\/span><\/h4>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La densit\u00e9 fait r\u00e9f\u00e9rence \u00e0 la relation entre le poids et le volume d&rsquo;un objet. Les objets avec une densit\u00e9 \u00e9lev\u00e9e semblent \u00eatre tr\u00e8s lourds pour leur taille et ceux ayant une densit\u00e9 inf\u00e9rieure semblent tr\u00e8s l\u00e9gers pour leur taille.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Le calcul de la densit\u00e9 d&rsquo;un objet est obtenu en divisant la masse entre son volume, ce qui fait en sorte que la densit\u00e9 de la palette de 48x48x48 \u00e0 1250 lb est donc de 23,4375.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/mexicomlogistics.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/06\/densidad-calculo-ejemplo.png\" \/><\/p>\n<ol start=\"2\">\n<li>\n<h4><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> En fonction du type d\u2019article et de sa densit\u00e9, la classe est d\u00e9termin\u00e9e.<\/span><\/h4>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Dans notre exemple, comme les broches en plastique ont une densit\u00e9 sup\u00e9rieure \u00e0 22,5 mais inf\u00e9rieure \u00e0 30, la classe est de 65.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/mexicomlogistics.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/06\/ejemplo-de-densidad.png\" \/><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">MANIPULATION<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Certaines marchandises sont particuli\u00e8rement fragiles ou n\u00e9cessitent un type de manutention particulier, notamment en raison de leur taille, de leur poids et de leur niveau de danger entre autres. Donc, elles n\u00e9cessitent des soins et une attention particuli\u00e8re.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La difficult\u00e9 ou la facilit\u00e9 de manipulation de la marchandise doivent \u00eatre prises en compte lors de l&rsquo;attribution de la classe de fret. Si la marchandise pr\u00e9sente des caract\u00e9ristiques de manutention inhabituelles ou significatives, la manutention pourrait \u00eatre un facteur \u00e0 prendre en compte lors de l&rsquo;attribution d&rsquo;une classe.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">STOCKABILIT\u00c9<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">De mani\u00e8re g\u00e9n\u00e9rale, les charges palettis\u00e9es peuvent \u00eatre accueillies sans difficult\u00e9 dans le camion afin d\u2019\u00eatre transport\u00e9es \u00e0 destination. Cependant, il existe certaines exceptions relatives au fret pour lesquelles des consid\u00e9rations sp\u00e9ciales doivent \u00eatre prises en compte lors de son placement dans le camion. Des exemples de charges avec des exigences sp\u00e9ciales en ce qui concerne leur placement dans le camion sont les mati\u00e8res dangereuses n\u00e9cessitant une manutention sp\u00e9ciale, ainsi que les charges tr\u00e8s lourdes ou surdimensionn\u00e9es ou les charges avec des protub\u00e9rances.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Comme pour la manutention, si la marchandise a des exigences inhabituelles ou importantes pour son placement dans le camion, cela pourrait \u00eatre un facteur \u00e0 prendre en compte lors de l&rsquo;attribution d&rsquo;une classe.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">RESPONSABILIT\u00c9<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Cette cat\u00e9gorie comprend des aspects tels que la vuln\u00e9rabilit\u00e9 au vol, la responsabilit\u00e9 pour dommages, la propension \u00e0 endommager d&rsquo;autres charges qui voyagent dans le m\u00eame camion, la p\u00e9rissabilit\u00e9, la dangerosit\u00e9 et la valeur par livre.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Comme dans le cas des autres caract\u00e9ristiques de la marchandise, si le passif est inhabituel ou significatif, ce sera un facteur \u00e0 prendre en compte lors de l&rsquo;attribution d&rsquo;une classe.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La valeur n&rsquo;est pas une caract\u00e9ristique du transport en soi (comme la densit\u00e9). La valeur est une sous-cat\u00e9gorie du passif.
