{"id":3200,"date":"2018-09-04T16:28:39","date_gmt":"2018-09-04T20:28:39","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.mexicomlogistics.com\/?p=3200"},"modified":"2018-10-11T10:48:59","modified_gmt":"2018-10-11T14:48:59","slug":"el-fin-del-tlcan","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/mexicomlogistics.com\/es\/el-fin-del-tlcan\/","title":{"rendered":"\u00bfEl fin del TLCAN?"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Estados Unidos y M\u00e9xico llegaron a un acuerdo comercial preliminar\u00a0 para remplazar el Tratado de Libre Comercio de\u00a0 Am\u00e9rica del Norte.\u00a0El presidente\u00a0 Donald Trump lo nombr\u00f3 un \u00abAcuerdo comercial de Estados Unidos y M\u00e9xico\u00bb, en su af\u00e1n de eliminar el nombre de TLCAN (NAFTA), al que ha calificado de ser el peor acuerdo comercial en la historia de los Estados Unidos.<\/p>\n<p>M\u00e9xico y Estados Unidos acordaron que no habr\u00e1 tarifas arancelarias si\u00a0se manufactura en Am\u00e9rica del Norte el\u00a0 75% del valor total del autom\u00f3vil; en el presente TLCAN\u00a0 el porcentaje es de 62.5%.\u00a0 Adem\u00e1s, 40-45% de la producci\u00f3n deber\u00e1 efectuarse por trabajadores que ganen al menos 16 d\u00f3lares americanos por hora; ello\u00a0 significa una ventaja para las maquilas Canadienses y Americanas, ya que los trabajadores\u00a0 mexicanos se cotizan m\u00e1s bajo. Otro punto en el acuerdo es que se deber\u00e1 emplear\u00a0 m\u00e1s aluminio, acero y autopartes locales.<\/p>\n<p>Las negociaciones se han agilizado con el objetivo de que el acuerdo sea firmado\u00a0 por el presidente Enrique Pe\u00f1a Nieto antes de su salida,\u00a0 el 1 de diciembre de 2018.\u00a0 Sin embargo,\u00a0 al acuerdo todav\u00eda le falta el ingrediente Canadiense.\u00a0Hasta la semana pasada, el gobierno Canadiense hab\u00eda quedado fuera de las negociaciones y en m\u00e1s de una ocasi\u00f3n el presidente\u00a0 Trump ha amenazado con cerrar el TLCAN y s\u00f3lo tener acuerdos separados con sus dos vecinos fronterizos.<\/p>\n<p>Las negociaciones\u00a0 entre Estados Unidos y Canad\u00e1 se restablecen esta semana,\u00a0 bajo presi\u00f3n de tiempo y\u00a0 teniendo como antecedente\u00a0 las recientes\u00a0 declaraciones del presidente Donald\u00a0 Trump v\u00eda twitter en las que\u00a0 indica que no existe una \u00abnecesidad pol\u00edtica\u00bb para que Estados Unidos mantenga a Canad\u00e1 en el nuevo acuerdo\u00a0 del TLCAN. De acuerdo a una encuesta efectuada por Axios, la opini\u00f3n de los ciudadanos americanos sobre la necesidad de incluir al gobierno canadiense est\u00e1 dividida:\u00a049 % se opone a que se prescinda de la participaci\u00f3n canadiense y el\u00a0 46% de los americanos est\u00e1 de acuerdo en continuar el acuerdo a\u00fan sin la firma del gobierno Canadiense.<\/p>\n<p>Por su parte, el gobierno mexicano ha insistido en su inter\u00e9s de contar con un acuerdo trilateral.
