Esta plataforma permite a importadores, exportadores y agentes aduanales gestionar de manera eficiente sus documentos y procesos aduaneros.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">VUCEM permite a los usuarios enviar informaci\u00f3n electr\u00f3nicamente una sola vez a trav\u00e9s de una p\u00e1gina web, para cumplir con las distintas regulaciones y restricciones no arancelarias de comercio exterior que emiten 10 dependencias gubernamentales: SAT, SE-DGN, AGRICULTURA, SEMARNAT, SEDENA, SALUD, SENER, PROFEPA, INBA, INAH y dos organismos reguladores, AMECAFE y CRT.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><b>\u00bfPara qu\u00e9 sirve la VUCEM?<\/b><b><br \/>\n<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">VUCEM centraliza los tr\u00e1mites necesarios para la importaci\u00f3n y exportaci\u00f3n, proporcionando un medio \u00fanico para el intercambio de informaci\u00f3n entre usuarios y autoridades. Durante este periodo:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Los servicios del portal y del Web Service estar\u00e1n suspendidos.<\/b><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Se activar\u00e1 una <\/span><b>fase de contingencia<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> para gestionar las operaciones de comercio exterior, cuya conclusi\u00f3n ser\u00e1 comunicada oficialmente por las autoridades.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Los tr\u00e1mites deber\u00e1n realizarse siguiendo los procedimientos que indique la Agencia Nacional de Aduanas de M\u00e9xico a trav\u00e9s de su portal oficial.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n[\/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space height=\u00bb42px\u00bb][vc_empty_space height=\u00bb42px\u00bb][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column width=\u00bb1\/6&#8243;][\/vc_column][vc_column width=\u00bb2\/3&#8243;][vc_empty_space height=\u00bb42px\u00bb][vc_single_image image=\u00bb21119&#8243; Esto les permitir\u00e1 realizar la inspecci\u00f3n de embarque con dicho documento.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Durante el mantenimiento, se sugiere tomar en cuenta las siguientes opciones:<\/span><\/p>\n<ol style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Documentaci\u00f3n previa:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Si cuentan con documentos emitidos por la VUCEM antes del mantenimiento, podr\u00e1n acudir a la OISA para programar y realizar la inspecci\u00f3n f\u00edsica.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Formato alternativo:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Si no se captur\u00f3 la informaci\u00f3n en la ventanilla y no se gener\u00f3 folio o acuse, el importador podr\u00e1 utilizar el formato de certificado para la importaci\u00f3n (CI) previo a la VUCEM, present\u00e1ndolo en el punto de inspecci\u00f3n con la documentaci\u00f3n requerida.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Formato editable del CI:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> En caso de no poder solventar con los medios anteriores, <\/span><b>SENASICA<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> proporcionar\u00e1 un formato editable del CI que deber\u00e1 llenarse y presentarse ante el punto de inspecci\u00f3n con la documentaci\u00f3n requerida.
