Si bien existen diversas metodolog\u00edas pueden ser \u00fatiles para identificar cl\u00fasteres, estas tienen algunas limitaciones en t\u00e9rminos de capturar la dimensi\u00f3n espacial de la actividad econ\u00f3mica y requieren una consideraci\u00f3n cuidadosa de sus supuestos y del tipo de variables utilizadas.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Existen varios documentos que presentan diferentes clasificaciones de cl\u00fasteres en M\u00e9xico y que identifican las \u00e1reas en donde se localizan. En ese sentido, en 2017 fue presentado el Mapa de Cl\u00fasteres iCluster (www.icluster.inadem.gob.mx), un sistema geogr\u00e1fico digital\u00a0 con informaci\u00f3n para los sectores industriales entre M\u00e9xico y Estados Unidos. Sin embargo, hoy en d\u00eda no se encuentra accesible.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En este post, presentamos una infograf\u00eda que muestra la M\u00e9xico?\u00a0<\/span><\/h2>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">De acuerdo al paper del Banco de M\u00e9xico \u201cThe Role of Clusters in the Performance of the Mexican Economy\u201d M\u00e9xico es un pa\u00eds que se ha dividido en cuatro regiones, cada una con su propio conjunto de fortalezas y cl\u00fasteres econ\u00f3micos.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Cl\u00fasteres en la Regi\u00f3n Norte de M\u00e9xico<\/span><\/h3>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En la regi\u00f3n norte del pa\u00eds, que tiene fuertes lazos econ\u00f3micos con Estados Unidos, est\u00e1n presentes algunos de los cl\u00fasteres tecnol\u00f3gicos m\u00e1s avanzados.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Baja California, Chihuahua, Sonora, Tamaulipas y Coahuila<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Principales crecimiento de los cl\u00fasteres y el crecimiento econ\u00f3mico<\/span><\/h2>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Este estudio presenta hallazgos sobre la correlaci\u00f3n entre el crecimiento de conglomerados industriales espec\u00edficos y el crecimiento econ\u00f3mico general en los municipios mexicanos.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Cl\u00fasteres con mayor crecimiento econ\u00f3micoy una correlaci\u00f3n positiva con el crecimiento econ\u00f3mico local<\/span><\/h3>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El estudio encontr\u00f3 que los cl\u00fasteres relacionados con los servicios minoristas y de comidas, la fabricaci\u00f3n de alimentos y bebidas y la fabricaci\u00f3n de productos pl\u00e1sticos tuvieron el mayor crecimiento y una correlaci\u00f3n positiva con el crecimiento econ\u00f3mico local.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Cl\u00fasteres con menor crecimiento pero con impacto en el crecimiento econ\u00f3mico local<\/span><\/h3>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Los conglomerados de alta tecnolog\u00eda, como la fabricaci\u00f3n de equipos y suministros m\u00e9dicos y los semiconductores y componentes electr\u00f3nicos, desempe\u00f1aron un papel relativamente m\u00e1s modesto pero importante en el crecimiento econ\u00f3mico regional.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Cl\u00fasteres con correlaci\u00f3n m\u00e1s baja con el crecimiento local<\/span><\/h3>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Por el contrario, los cl\u00fasteres relacionados con servicios de empleo, servicios de turismo y hoteler\u00eda, generaci\u00f3n y distribuci\u00f3n de energ\u00eda el\u00e9ctrica y transporte de pasajeros y comunicaciones tuvieron la correlaci\u00f3n m\u00e1s baja con el crecimiento local. La extracci\u00f3n de petr\u00f3leo y gas no fue estad\u00edsticamente significativa y estuvo presente en un peque\u00f1o n\u00famero de municipios.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>Clusters en M\u00e9xico por Industria y su conexi\u00f3n con Nearshoring<\/h2>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Industria automotriz: Este cl\u00faster es uno de los m\u00e1s importantes de M\u00e9xico, representa el 3.9% del PIB del pa\u00eds y emplea a m\u00e1s de 800,000 personas. Se encuentra principalmente en las regiones central y norte del pa\u00eds. M\u00e9xico es uno de los 10 principales productores de autom\u00f3viles del mundo, con importantes fabricantes de autom\u00f3viles como Ford, General Motors y Volkswagen que operan en el pa\u00eds. Nearshoring en este grupo implica la producci\u00f3n de piezas y componentes de autom\u00f3viles.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Industria aeroespacial: Este cl\u00faster es un sector en crecimiento en M\u00e9xico, con importantes inversiones en los \u00faltimos a\u00f1os. Se localiza principalmente en las regiones del norte del pa\u00eds, particularmente en los estados de Chihuahua, Nuevo Le\u00f3n y Sonora. M\u00e9xico se ha convertido en un actor destacado en la industria aeroespacial, con m\u00e1s de 300 empresas aeroespaciales que operan en el pa\u00eds. Algunos de ellos practican el nearshoring que implica la producci\u00f3n de componentes y piezas aeroespaciales.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Electr\u00f3nica y electrodom\u00e9sticos: Este cl\u00faster se concentra principalmente en la regi\u00f3n central de M\u00e9xico, particularmente en los estados de la Ciudad de M\u00e9xico, Jalisco y Guanajuato. Conexi\u00f3n Nearshoring: La industria electr\u00f3nica de M\u00e9xico ha atra\u00eddo inversiones de empresas extranjeras, incluidas IBM, Intel y HP, que han establecido instalaciones de fabricaci\u00f3n en el pa\u00eds para aprovechar la mano de obra calificada, los bajos costos y la proximidad al mercado estadounidense.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Textiles y prendas de vestir: Este cl\u00faster se localiza principalmente en las regiones centro y norte de M\u00e9xico.
