Los \u00faltimos dos a\u00f1os han presentado reto tras reto para la industria del transporte de carga y el sector log\u00edstico global. Volver a lo que antes consider\u00e1bamos normal parece cada vez menos plausible. \u00bfQu\u00e9 tendencias en transporte de carga para 2022 traer\u00e1 el nuevo ciclo?<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Aquellas dificultades que han acechado la industria del transporte de carga hasta ahora continuar\u00e1n ejerciendo presi\u00f3n en las cadenas globales de suministro durante el a\u00f1o entrante: demanda sin precedentes, tarifas al alza, escasez de materias primas y componentes, falta de trabajadores, congesti\u00f3n en los puertos, incremento del costo de combustibles y cualquier nuevo reto que est\u00e9 en puerta. Las compa\u00f1\u00edas deber\u00e1n continuar trabajando en la detecci\u00f3n temprana y respuesta oportuna a contratiempos, adem\u00e1s de planear con anticipaci\u00f3n, con las siguientes tendencias en mente.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><b>E-commerce<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Mientras los compradores contin\u00faen consumiendo bienes en lugar de invertir en servicios, el incremento del comercio en l\u00ednea que provoc\u00f3 la pandemia seguir\u00e1 al alza. Esto representar\u00e1 tanto oportunidades como desaf\u00edos para los negocios minoristas y para las compa\u00f1\u00edas de log\u00edstica de \u00faltima milla, como reducir los costos de env\u00edo y maximizar la capacidad disponible de entrega.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><b>Retos en el sector laboral<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La industria del transporte de carga, como muchas otras, atraviesa una crisis laboral. Reclutar nuevos conductores, trabajadores de almac\u00e9n y otros profesionales de log\u00edstica claves para mantener la capacidad de operaci\u00f3n continuar\u00e1 siendo importante. Sin embargo, las compa\u00f1\u00edas pondr\u00e1n m\u00e1s \u00e9nfasis en la retenci\u00f3n del talento y en la productividad, as\u00ed como en la implementaci\u00f3n de inteligencia artificial y la automatizaci\u00f3n de tareas.
